Online Reservation Policy for Online Boat Reservation and Scheduling System with Short Message Service Notification for Honda Bay (Honda Bay Tours)
Thank you very much for choosing Honda Bay Tours and Hobbai-Puerto Princesa City Tourist Information Center for your island-hopping adventure! For the smooth experience of all our guests, kindly read on for reservation and cancellation policies.
Reservation Policy
Advance Reservation: Reservations must be made online at least 4 to 3 days in advance to ensure availability. Limited spaces are available, so booking early is recommended.
Partial Payment Requirement: During Transaction a partial payment of 50% of the total boat service fee is required to be paid at the establishment of Honda Bay Boat Owners Cooperative Wharf Services. The partial payment provided secures your boat reservation and will be deducted for the boat service fees.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 1 day before the scheduled trip or depending on the time set by the establishment. Failure to comply will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Confirmation: During the payment process once, the partial payment has been paid, a notification email with the itineraries, trip details, and boat details will be sent to the email provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: If ever the tourist wants to cancel a reservation, the tourist must cancel through their account and wait for approval. The cancellation request must be received at least 1 day before the scheduled departure date.
Non-Refundable Partial Payment: The partial payment made during the process of booking is non-refundable and will not be returned when cancellation has been approved by the establishment, unless valid reasons have been discussed by tourists and the establishment. This policy has been put in place to cover the administrative workload cost and boat preparation cost.
Rescheduling Policy: Tourist rescheduling is allowed 2 days before the scheduled tour date and is subject for establishment consultation. During the Rescheduling process an additional fee is applied. The previous partial payment is not applied for the rescheduled trip and must be paid again.
Weather and Safety Cancellations: If unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances ever occur, a notification would be sent to the tourist for trip rescheduling. In such cases the partial payment is still applicable for the rescheduled and free of additional charge.
